About the role
Job Purpose
Diagnose complex pump faults, guide junior service staff and close customer issues safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for concrete line pumps and boom pumps
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic faults
- Complete commissioning, testing, calibration and performance checks
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Identify spare-parts requirements and coordinate timely availability
- Prepare accurate service reports and customer acknowledgement documents
- Follow prescribed safety procedures at customer and construction sites
- Guide junior service engineers, technicians and customer operators
- Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits, control panels, sensors and electrical wiring

Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Preferred industry exposure: Hands-on service experience covering both concrete line pumps and boom pumps.
Working Conditions / Travel
Field-based role requiring extensive travel and independent customer-site assignments.
