About the role
Job Purpose
Provide dependable field service that improves pump uptime, resolves technical issues and supports safe customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for concrete line pumps and boom pumps
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic faults
- Complete commissioning, testing, calibration and performance checks
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Identify spare-parts requirements and coordinate timely availability
- Prepare accurate service reports and customer acknowledgement documents
- Follow prescribed safety procedures at customer and construction sites

Field-based role requiring frequent regional travel for on-site service assignments.
