About the role
Job Purpose
Ensure timely, cost-effective and specification-compliant availability of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical bought-out parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan procurement against production schedules, BOMs and indents
- Source hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and power-transmission components
- Coordinate specifications with Design, Production, Stores, Quality and Planning
- Track purchase orders and prevent material shortages
- Resolve supplier quality, quantity, warranty and documentation issues
- Support cost reduction and value engineering
- Maintain supplier comparisons, PO status and ERP or Excel MIS

Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
