About the role
Job Purpose
Deliver safe, timely field service, strong customer outcomes, capable teams and disciplined service KPIs and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own breakdown, preventive-maintenance and commissioning delivery
- Improve MTTR, first-time-fix rate, uptime and repeat-failure reduction
- Lead, coach and allocate work to service engineers and technicians
- Handle critical customer escalations and key-account service relationships
- Coordinate critical spares and regional stocking requirements
- Support labour recovery, AMCs and paid service work
- Ensure Service CRM adoption, MIS reporting and feedback to Design and Production
- Enforce field-safety and equipment-control standards

Qualification & Preferred Industry Exposure
Required qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred industry exposure: Hands-on concrete line and boom pump service, including at least 3 years in service-team leadership.
Working Conditions / Travel
Frequent travel within the assigned region for customer-site service operations.
